Questions and Answers:

How do guests receive keys to the apartment?

The keys are in the key safe box located next to the front door. The code for the safe is sent in a message to the phone number specified during booking.

When leaving, the keys are left in the key safe box with your own code.

What about cats and dogs?

You can take with you small dogs weighing no more than 10 kg or cats. You can take no more than two animals in total.

Do I have to pay extra for the pets?

Yes, you will have to pay extra for additional intensive cleaning after the animal's stay, using special anti-allergenic products.

Who can use the sauna?

The sauna is located right in the apartment and therefore can only be used by people living there.

How to turn on the sauna?
There is a touch control panel in front of the sauna door, which is intuitive.

How long does it take to heat up the sauna?
The sauna heats up to 90°C/200°F in about 30 minutes.

Are there robes or sheets for the sauna?
A waffle towel measuring 70*110 cm is provided for visiting the sauna

Are there any dishes in the apartment?

Yes, there are pots and pans, a baking dish, tea, coffee and dinnerware, spoons, forks, knives, a grater, a corkscrew, a blender.

Tablets for dishwashers and detergents?
There are tablets for dishwashers and washing powder and dishwashing detergents.

What is provided to children under 3 years old?

For children under age 3, there is a 60*120 cm playpen and a high chair.

How much does it cost to rent a crib and a high chair?
